Creative solutions for high-stakes matters.
Bryan has more than a decade of experience providing clients with creative and innovative solutions in high-stakes matters. In the wake of the Great Recession, he defended financial institutions’ directors and officers against FDIC claims that they breached their fiduciary duties.
In one lawsuit, he helped obtain more than $100 million in insurance coverage by crafting arguments of first impression that were upheld on appeal. He represented Dr. Craig Wright in multibillion-dollar litigation involving the creation and development of Bitcoin.
