Bryan’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including business disputes, cryptocurrency, class actions, multidistrict litigation, and insurance coverage.
With more than a decade of experience, Bryan provides creative and innovative solutions in high-stakes matters. In the wake of the Great Recession, he defended financial institutions’ directors and officers against FDIC claims alleging breaches of fiduciary duty. In one matter, he helped obtain more than $100 million in insurance coverage through arguments of first impression that were upheld on appeal.
Bryan represented Dr. Craig Wright in multibillion-dollar litigation concerning the creation and development of Bitcoin. He also helped a nationwide class of plaintiffs obtain insurance coverage for a lifesaving hepatitis C treatment.
